KOCHI: Cashing in on the execution of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, banned terrorist organisations are making an attempt to come back and the CPM is facilitating this, said Yuva Morcha state president K Surendran.

Surendran told reporters here on Sunday that it was the responsibility of the State Government that this did not harm the communal harmony of the state.

“Many banned organisations took out protest marches at various parts of the state on Saturday. Malabar mutiny broke out in 1921 after the dethroning of Khalifa of Turkey by the British,” Surendran said.
