Chennai: The bail plea of Islamic terrorist Abdu Nasser Madni has rejected for the third time here today by Chennai Highcourt. Justice Thanikachalam gave the verdict.

Rejecting his bail plea today, Justice M Thanikachalam said he did not find any reason to release the petitioner on bail considering the graveness of the offence and also releasing him at this stage on medical grounds “when the cases are likely to be over within two or three months.” The Judge said according to reports submitted by the authorities concerned, the petitioner was being checked daily and constant medical attention, including Ayurvedic treatment was being given.

The medical team submitted the report before the court clearly states that his medical condition is stable and apart from minor ailments there is nothing which is of concern to be treated outside.
