Bail – Less warrant to arrest Home Minister’s Son

Magistrate A M Basheer issued warrant without bail, to arrester Home Minister
Kodiyeri Balakrishnan’s son Binish Kodiyeri.

 

The warrant was issued in
connection with the Murder attempt case of an ABVP activist. Binish Kodiyeri was
part of the Marxist gunda gang when they stabbed S. Kiran with lethal weapons.
The warrant without bail is issued as he failed to report in court even after
repeated court orders.

 

We all know, in Kerala a
layman cannot even apply for a passport if there is any petty case registered
in any Police stations. Being that the case, how can a prime accused in a
Murder case got Passport in first place and now commuting up and down from Dubai to Kochi
several times a month?
