KASARGOD: The Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi took out a march to the office of the district Superintendent of Police on Tuesday in protest against the attack on temples in the district.

The march, which began from the premises of the Veerahanuman temple in Karanthakkad, was blocked by the police near the SP’s office.

The samithi leaders accused the police of not arresting the culprits involved in the recent temple thefts in the district.

Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi state secretary M C Ramakrishnan, Narayana Bhat, Ayyappa Naik, B V Kakkillaya and samithi taluk president Vishnu Aralithaya led the march.
