Arrest warrant for Pinarayi

Kannur: The Thalassery First Class Judicial Magistrate Court has issued an arrest warrant against CPI(M) State secretary Pinarayi Vijayan for non-appearance in court as an accused. The police had registered a case against Mr Vijayan and several CPI(M) activists in a case related to the holding marches and public speech in violation of orders. CPI(M) Kannur district secretary MV Govindan has also been issued arrest warrant in the same case.
