Advani will also meet the press in Kochi on October 30 morning before leaving for Bengaluru by air.  According to BJP sources, the focus of the tour will be raising the issue of corruption in the UPA Government. Meanwhile, it is learnt that the BJP state leadership has decided to put up a joint effort to make the yatra a success. Following the core committee meeting held here last month, state office-bearers meet in Thiruvalla held during last week had discussed the latest incidents reviving factional feuds and decided to keep the house in order.Â
A top BJP leader told Express that contrary to the media reports, no discussion was held about the controversy regarding the infighting in Kasargod district during last week’s state office-bearers meeting.   Â
