ABVP observed Ambedkar Memorial Day
Kozhikode:ABVP observed Ambedkar Memorial Day as Social Equity Day in all education institutions.
The Higher Education Commission formed by the government, with Dr K N Panikkar as chairman, should be dismissed as it was targeted at `controlling educational institutions,’ ABVP State secretary V P Rajeevan said. Rajeevan and ABVP joint-secretary P Sudheer said the decision to form the Commission without consulting the academic community revealed the `arrogance of the government.’
ABVP will observe December 13 Parliament attack anniversary day as Anti-Terrorism day in all educational institutions.
