ABVP made huge strides in University elections

Thiruvanantapuram: The ABVP had enormous success in the college union elections under the Kerala University which concluded on Wednesday.


 


 ABVP candidates won all seats at the MG college TVM, NSS college Dhanuvachapuram, Ayyapas college Chenganoor and NSS college Cherthala.


 


In different colleges, the ABVP now has 9 university union councillors. Apart from that ABVP candidate won general seats, association representatives, class representatives at different colleges in Kollam, Alapuzha,Patananthita and Thiruvanantapuram districts.In a historical move ABVP bagged the councillor seat at Kollam SN college.


 


The ABVP state secretary V.P.Rajeev said that this huge success of ABVP in the elections was a result of the judgement by the student population against the criminalism and violence by the SFI and the betrayal stand taken by them vis-a-vis in the self-financing college issue. The ABVP state unit expressed its gratitude to all the ABVP workers and students who is responsible for this success and congratulated the winning candidates
