Hindu Temples for Hindus-Cherukolpuzha Hindumatha Parishath

Cherukolpuzha:95th Ayirur-Cherukolpuzha Hindumatha Parishath started here yesterday in presence of Hindu spiritual leaders and Devotees.


 


One week Spiritual programmes was inaugurated by School of Bhagavad Githa Director, Swami Sandeep Chaitanya.VHP Organising Secretary Kummanam Rajasekharan gave presidential address.


 


In his inaugural speech, Swami Sandeep Chaitanya exhorted the Hindus to resist the present move by Government to capture the Hindu Temples.Temples should be handed over to devotees and there is no place for any Atheist in Temple matters. Otherwise Government should take over the control of Mosques and Churches in the state, He Said. The decline of temples started since the Governmental machinery started to interfere in Temple matters. Money from the Temple should be purely utilized for the benefit of Hindus only.


 


Kummanam Rajasekharan reminded the Hindus about their great Cultural Heritage and to be cautious against the enemies of Hindus, whose sole aim is to destroy our age old believes and culture. Devotees should take special interest in the day to day affairs of the Temples in their own places and not to allow any inimical forces to take over the Temples.


 


Chakkulathukavu Mughya karyadarshi Radhakrishnan Nampoothiri,Thiruvanchur Radhakrishnan M.LA,K.C.Rajagopal ,Hindu Matha mahamandalam president Upendranatha Kurruppu  and many other prominent leaders were present.


 


FOKANA President Saidharan Nair was felicitated during the inaugural function.Sasidharan Nair inaugurated the website of the parishath and ‘Pampatheertham’ the magazine of Parishath was handed over to Radhakrishnan Nampoothiri by Kummanam Rajasekharan.
