Aluva: Though Kerala DGP had repeatedly stated that his team is not yet sure about the presence of Love Jihad in Kerala, The investigated initiated by Special branch of Kerala Police reconfirms that the revealation of Hindu and Christian organisations are true.

From the statistics released by Police, there are about 400 instances of Love Jihad (They call it as conversion to Islam after marriage) in 2007 and 100 incidents in 2008 reported from Ernakulam district alone.

The where abouts of most of these women still remains a mystery. Police could not find these women yet to verify the facts about the antecedents led to their marriage. This once again points to the fact that these girls were recruited by Jihadi’s for antinational activities and they are moved to Jihadi hideouts and traded out to the thriving sex market in Middle east.
