A slight ray of hope from Kannur

This shows the state of Devaswam Board and the menace of liquor in Kerala. Liquor has become the part of Kerala people. There is no drive against alcoholism, governments always tries to boost the sales of liquor for the sake of added tax coming to coffin.
There is no wholehearted effort to control liquor consumption among younger generation. So many suicides and killings happening because of liquor, but still nobody cares to take action against it. We should learn again from Gujarat. They have a complete ban on Liquor sales, in spite of losing much money it would have got through taxes.
Congress party which claims as a party guided by the principles of Mahatma Gandhi, does not want to take his principle on Liquor menace in Congress ruled states. But Gujarat ruled by Narendra Modi shows the way to all, on how to rule a state, how to bring in business, how to make more money without killing its own people with liquor.
It is also very pathetic to note that in the just concluded Devaswam board elections, there were no Hindu organizations. It was only Marxists and congress unions, who are not interested in improving the devaswam board, instead they all want a share of money from the money we put in Hundi.
So, it is time for a big change. A slight ray of hope is found in Kannur when mothers united against CPM goons running a Toddy shop in middle of their houses. They had a Satyagraha in front of the Toddy shop, in front of the District Collectorate building. They were beaten, they were attacked by goons of CPM, but finally they succeeded. Authorities agreed to close down the shop, and move the business somewhere else.
This shows the future path for Hindu organizations. Unite mothers, and our family could be saved with that.
