Crucial documents against Madani missing on 1992 case

Karunagapally: The crucial documents went missing related to a case against Madani in 1992, where  explosives and weapons were seized from Anvarssery. Shasthamkotta police had filed the case in 1992 and in 2004 the records are told to be taken to High Court, but the documents have not reached high court either, as per the report.

The trial of this case is happening in Edamalayar special court  and on repeated requests from court to present the documents, police could not present it. Karunagapally DYSP was present in the court and court has give 2 months time for the Police to present the missing documents.
