Sindhu Joy trapped via Facebook/Orkut

CPM Leadership may now be tempted to revisit their agenda of SFI/DYFI
leaders to be active in internet communities after Sindhu Joy episode.
It seems the social networking site Facebook and Orkut played a crucial
role in bringing Sindhu closer to budding congress leaders Chandy Ommen
and Hybi Eden.She became close with them and this paved the first step
for her entry towards congress. It was minister K.V Thomas’s
intervention which delayed Sindhu’s entry. He was afraid that her entry
will deny seat to his long time aid Dominic Presentation an assembly
seat in Kochi.

Sindhu claims she is an icon of a lot of followers with in party who
are stauch believers in religion. She says she could never go to church
in public while she held office positions in SFI. Her visit to Mar
Varkey Vithayathil’s bishop house and singing the chorus for a
christian album were not accepted by CPM.  She says she is a stauch
believer of mother mary and lives following that belief. She never
failed to do the crucial Japamala and daily prayers . She studied the
religious courses till her 10th standard. She now feels that there is
no ideology which can stand above bible and its preachings. Only god
can save this world. Even though I never publicly practiced religious
rituals while being a SFI president, I always did all those without
fail in private. SFI promoted me as a leader to get a foot hold among
women and christian community and once they acheived the results they
ditched me.

Tail Piece: Several years ago EMS gave a secret instruction to all CPM
leaders especially the ones from malabar area to get actively involve
in Hindu temple festivals and related events and check the growing
influence of RSS. He withdraw that order soon after seeing the number
of people who left CPM and joined RSS in Kannur. Now will the current
CPM/SFI leadership  will stop SFI/DYFI members from visiting facebook
and orkut as they can be easily brainwashed by the opponents. Let’s
wait and watch.
