Hand over Shri Padmanabha Swamy Temple Security to Madras Regiment

Now that the entire or part of the assets of this world renowned temple is out in the public domain which, is highly dangerous for the temple as well as for the community we the public would strongly advocate handing over of the temple administration to the MADRAS REGIMENT ( formerly the Travancore Army ) during the Royal rule.
 
Many a citizen of Trivandrum are of the same opinion. The way they run the administration of Sree Maha Ganapathy Temple, Pazhavangady ( East Fort ) is highly commendable. We don’t want any political/ Govt control on the temple. Even if the Madras Regiment uses some of the revenue for their needs we would be very happy because they are safeguarding our lives.
 
People are fed up with governments meddling with Hindu temples. Why is it that no church or mosque is meddled with. Many of them probably have assets worth more than the temples. May be its because some hindu elements within the policitical parties are the communities biggest disaster. Its high time the hindu community came together to get rid of political looting of temple revenues.
 
We sincerely wish the army ( Madras Regiment ) to consider taking over of this temple.

PS: HK ‘s stand regarding any Temple administration is that it should be managed by Hindu devotees headed by our Spiritual leaders and Representatives from Hindu organisations (Not Caste Representatives). Regarding Security, HK welcome the suggestion of Shri Jayachandran.
