Indian Mujahideen threatens to blow up Secretariat

Security in and around Kerala Secretariat has been stepped up, following receipt of a threat letter. Additional security has been deployed for Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The letter is believed to have been sent by the Indian Mujahideen.
According to the threatening letter, vital places in the state capital would be bombed in the forthcoming days.
