Attack on Swami Ramananda – Updates

Adimali: Swami Ramananda who worked for the upliftment of tribals in Idukki district was attacked by DYFI Goons.  

A batch of DYFI criminals under the leadership of local CPM leaders assembled in Chinnapparakudi and catch hold swamiji. They questioned him and manhandled. The papers and other documents taken away by force from swamiji. His saffron robe was teased. They pushed and pulled his beard and hair. Swamiji was put in front of them and asked to follow their procession.

By shouting slogans, he was put in the traffic island of Adimali city. After the procession swamiji was brought before the police. Since there was no complaints against swamiji, Police could not taken any action against him.

Later he was admitted in the govt hospital. Kummanam Rajasekharan and Swami Ayyappadas, leaders of Hindu Aikia Vedi visited Swamiji.
