Bhima jewel shines in the crown of Kerala
Not everything is going topsy-turvy for the naive Hindus of Kerala, after all. It was literally a feast for all in Thrissur! Bhima jewelers has made foray into the cultural capital of Kerala. Thrissur, already renowned for its countless gold merchants sprinkled all over the city is now home to Bhima’s flagship store. This most imposing structure is now a dazzling centerpiece in the heart of the city.
The Hindu majority in Thrissur can now give a sigh of relief at a time when the Christian and Muslim entrepreneurs, fueled with external resources have been aggressively opening up businesses left and right and exploiting apathetic, non-enterprising Hindu consumers.
Let us hope the Hindu majority eventually sees wisdom in supporting internal economic development that is so vital to their very survival. In this regard, Bhima’s pervasive presence is definitely a step in the right direction.
