‘Jayakrishnan Balidan Dinam’ observed

Kannur: ‘Jayakrishnan Balidan Dinam’, the death anniversay of Jayakrishnan master  was observed yeterday under Yuvamorcha here on thursday.He was brutally murdered by CPM activists infront of his students while taking class.

The programmes began with BJP leaders offering floral tributes at the ‘smruthi mandapam’ built on the premises of Jayakrishnan’s house at Makkoolpeedika in the morning.A public meeting held at the Municipal Stadium as part of the Balidan Dinam was inaugurated by former union minister and National Secretary of the BJP Bandharu Dattathreya.

Addresing the massive crowd Dattathreya heavily criticized Communist party for their undemocratic practices and he once again stressed that CPM is a failed ideology and collapsed in India and now they are trying to experiment anti-democratic means, violence and electoral malpractices ‘Bengal model’ democracy in kerala too. The CPM had pledged its ideas and ideals to the Congress their inborn rivals for the fear of BJP and RSS. 

Yuva Morcha District President N Haridas presided over the meeting. BJP State General Secretary P K Krishna Das, Yuva Morcha State President K Surendran, BJP District President K Sukumaran Master, O K Vasu Master, K Renjith and P Sathyaprakash were among those who spoke.

M K Renjith welcomed the gathering while Vijayan Vattipram proposed a vote of thanks.
