Muslim ministers embarrassed on wicklamp

Again the wick-lamp has landed the Muslim ministers of Kerala in an embarrassing situation. The venue was the inaugural function of the International Education Mela.
The Kerala Governor, R L Bhatia, inaugurated the function by lighting a 7-wick lamp. After lighting the first wick the Governor has passed on the lighter to Minister, Dominic Presentation, who after playing his role, handed over the lighter to the Cochin University Vice-Chancellor, Prof P K Abdul Aziz, who without showing any gestures of “Haram†accepted the lighter and lit the lamp while the Muslim Ministers remained embarrassed on stage.
