89th anniversary of Misrabhojanam

Cherai: Sahodaran Ayyappan Smarakam, Cherai, will celebrate the 89th anniversary of misrabhojanam, at the Smarakam office on May 30. Chairman of the organisation Dr Shornur Karthikeyan said in a press conference that Dr MV Pylee will inaugurate the function. This year’s Sahodaran Ayyappan award will be presented to Dr CM Neelakantan at the function, for his book, Sruthi saurabham. The award consist of a memento and a cash prize of Rs 10000. Dr Pylee will release Dr Karthikayan’s latest book Agrepasyami, giving a copy to P Parameswaran, director of Bharatiya Vichara Kendram.
