MVR flays, CPM’s approach to Islamic Extremism
Whenever MV Raghavan is out of power, the CMP leader suddenly felt conscious of the Muslim Fundamentalism in the state. Few days back if it was Muslim league which he flayed severely for its extremist views, this time it is LDF.
In a press meet at Kollam he accused CPM for overlooking the extremist tendencies of Muslim fundamentalist outfits while exploiting the anti-imperialist postures of the Muslim community. He told Muslim fundamentalists are unleashing terror all over the world.
“The Jama’at-e-Islami is giving leadership to the Muslim fundamentalism in India,
The CPM took the support of Jama’at-e-Islami to come to power.†He said that the CPM would have to face its consequences in future.
Ironically he is still part of UDF which also hosts the communal IUML.
