One of the most brutal murder in the name of Jihad happened here in Angadipuram in present Malappuram district 59 years ago.

Hindus of old generation in Malabar may still remembers that day when Ramasimhan was brutally murdered along with his Brother Dayasimhan, his wife Kamala antharjanam and servant Raju by the forefathers of present Islamic Terrorist.

Ramasimhan was a Muslim convert to Hinduism. He was attracted towards Hinduism and changed his name from Unnin Sahib to Ramasimhan. He had tried to organise the Hindus in the area and took initiative to revive Maalaparambu Temple. Narasimha Moorthy is the residing diety of that powerful temple.

Islamic followers of Hindu Massacre in the name of Khilafath in Malabar once again showed their true colour. Intolerant Muslims conspired to wipe out Ramasimhan and his family. They attacked his home and killed him and his family members at night 2 am. The terrorist were never bought in front of law.

After continued legal battle, the destroyed Temple was handed over to Hindus in 1999. The efforts of Temple Charitable trust formed under P.Kuttikrishnan Nair and C.P.Janardhanan led the legal fight. All efforts are underway to construct a great Temple in the same site regaining its lost glory and as a remembrance to Ramasimhan.

Haindavakeralam bows our head infront of that great personality, who sacrificed his life for the Hindus in Kerala but unfortunately still Hindus in Kerala haven’t learned any lessons from the brutal Islamic History. Thanks to our Secular Historians who highlight Khilafath Massacre as Independence struggle and Islamic invaders as our saviours!
