Advocate threatened by NDF terrorists.

KOZHIKODE: Advocate M K Dineshan, who assisted the prosecution in the sensational Binu murder case received three threatening calls on his mobile phones from NDF terrorists.


The Second Additional Sessions Court here had found six NDF workers guilty related to the Binu murder and is to pronounce punishment for the guilty on Friday. Police tightened the security in and around the court and gave police protection to the Judge and Advocate M K Dineshan. 


These threat attempts are part of their agenda to manipulate law and order by means of threatening and terrorizing .


Many of the cases in Nadapuram riots against NDF workers was withdrawn due to financial manipulation and by promising to vote for LDF in the last assembly. The CPM leadership refrained from compromise in Binu Murder case  as it will completely oozes out the morale of their comrades in the area.
