Koya testified against former IUML Minister
Kochi:The main accused in the arms case, RO Koya testified against a former Muslim league Minister and various senior Customs officials for helping him in his arms deals.He said this to officers during a joint interrogation by State police and central agencies.
Koya was arrested before during UDF regime for arms smuggling and it was with the help of then Muslim League Minister he escaped .
Intelligence sources also said that Koya was in direct contact with a fundamentalist organization active in the State. The police are also probing the volume of money Koya had netted through such clandestine transactions and how this money was used
