PSC in Temples-Minorities may sneak in,warns Congress Leader

via HK published on February 23, 2007

Thiruvananthapuram:It seems Ramesh Chennithala, KPCC president of Kerala was in a deep slumber for past two months. Devaswom ordinance to loot Temples by Marxist party came into practice a month back and the news reached Chennithala yesterday only!

Ramesh Chennithala one of the few Hindu names left over among top congress leaders in Kerala suddenly felt an empathy towards Hindus in the state, who were agitating against this Anti Hindu Bill for past few weeks.

When Ramesh Chennithala blames LDF government for ‘undue haste’ in bringing this ordinance, Hindus in the state blames Ramesh Chennithala for his ‘undue delay’ in responding to such a grave issue affecting the Hindus liberty to worship and practice their own religion. Ramesh Chennithala also warned that there are chances Christians and Muslims may sneak in if the appointments of Devaswom are given to PSC.

The Christian congress leader Umman Chandi had already welcomed this move by LDF govt. dreaming they may also get a chance to loot devotee’s money, if comes to power in next election. This Temple looting ordinance was the only issue which the main opposition party gave a silent nod to proceed!

Former Congress leader K.Karunakaran also criticized the Government’s move to loot Temples. If there is any practicing Hindus left over in Congress or Communist party they should come forward keeping aside their political differences and petty gains to support the Hindu Aikya Vedi’s efforts to regain the Temples from the hands of atheists and to oust the Anti Hindu Minister who now controls the Temples in Kerala.

If a Muslim Communist Minister can stay away from lighting a lamp saying it’s unislamic and if a Christian Congress leaders can openly support the frauds going over in the Christian Mafia centre in Muringoor,Why can’t practicing Hindus in Congress and Communist party join with HAV to protect our Temples?
