Thiruvananthapuram: Communist atrocities against Hindus and Temples have increased ever since this Communist Ministry came into power in Kerala.

Under the leadership of Nedumangad Municipal Chairman, communist thugs launched attack on  Kollankavu Temple and devotees on Monday evening.

In the attack Kshethra Samrakshana Samithi members Ramesh, Shibu and Unni were admitted in Taluk Headquarters Hospital with severe injuries. Due to timely intervention of Devotees the arson attempt on Temple was thwarted. The frenzied mob lead by Muncipal Chairman Kollankavu Chandran attacked with lethal weapons and cans of Petrol to kill the devotees and destroy the temple.

The increased awareness among public on Hindu resurgence and the popularity of Hindu leaders in the area was difficult to digest for the Communist despots. The planned attack during Festival season in the temple was an attempt to instill fear among Hindus and to prevent devotees support to Hindu organisations.

Situation was tense on Tuesday as well and heavy Police force is camping in the area. Various Hindu organisations and Political parties conducted protest meet today in Nedumangadu and demanded stern action against the Municipal Chairman and his gundas.
