PALGHAT : Widespread protests erupt in Palakkad against the govt. take over of Anajaneya Temple in Palakkad. BJP, BJYM, VHP and Hindu Aikya Vedi called for a harthal yesterday, 25th against govt. move. BJYM State Prez K. Surendran inaugurated the protest dharna the same day. Leaders of VHP, BJP and Hindu Aikyavedi Vedi spoke. Kshethra Committee Prez. Sukumaran presided. Hundreds of devotees participated in the protest rally and protest dharna.
