Shameful silence of ‘Mathrubhumi’ and ‘NSS’

Guruvayur: As the Communist hijackers of History proceeds with their plan to showcase A.K.Gopalan as the main leader of Guruvayur Sathyagraha , It’s shame to note that, No voices have been raised against it by the ‘Mathrubhumi’ daily or from the headquarters of NSS in Perunna.

Guruvayur Sathyagraha Committe were formed under the leadership of   K.Kellapan and Mannathu Padmanabhan in 1931.We are not belittling the role of  A.K.Gopalan as Volunteer Captain of Guruvayur Sathyagraha but questioning the sincerity of Communist’s to ommit Kellapaji who took the Sathyagraha and Mannathu Padmanabhan the inspiring force behind the Sathyagraha, while considering a Monument for the same.

Kellapaji was one of the co founders of Mathrubhumi daily and served as its Chief Editor for number of years. It is saddening to note that a Media house which was the hub of great Nationalist leaders in the past won’t even dare now to scribble a word against this Communist bigotry to sideline this great leader who associated with them.

While Coming to NSS, If Mannathu Padmanabhan was the founder of NSS it was Kellapaji its first president. No statement has been surfaced yet from Perunna the NSS Head quarters against this injustice to these two stalwarts of the Community.
