RSS send legal notice to CPM mouth piece
Thiruvananthapuram: RSS has filed a defamation suite against Deshabhimani daily the mouth piece of CPM for its series of “lies†in the name of hot news against Sangh and its sister organizations.
Recently in one of the incidents involving robbery of lakhs of rupees from a top business group in Bangalore, Deshabhimani’s discovery was that 2 of the arrested culprits in that incident are RSS swayamsevaks!
Against this blunt lie and immoral ethical journalism RSS Taluk Karyavahak Umesh Babu has filed a case through Adv. Anchal Vinod. In the notice sent by advocate on behalf of Sangh has asked either to publish unconditional apology for reporting this incident in a false manner or else bear a penalty of 20 lakh rupees.
RSS had a tremendous growth in and around the vicinities of Anchal, Alayaman, Kuttynad and CPM fears that if RSS grows like this they will get wiped out. These kinds of 3rd rate journalism tactics is one of the attempt made by CPM to tarnish RSS image apart from the physical attacks on sangh and its activists. Sangh karyakari attended by Jilla Karyavahak S.Ashokan, Sahakarayavahak V. Prathapan strongly condemened these kind of moves by CPM.
