Pentacost nuisance disturbing communal harmony

Varkala: Pentacost missionaries are in a rampant conversion spree in Elakaman Panchayath here. Earlier due to protest from public and Hindu organizations it was halted, now the nuisance elements are again active in the area.

The group of pentacost pastors along with local pentacost people keeps roaming in the village in search of homes where male members have gone outside. First they make rapport with the females in the family and try to brain wash them by offering financial benefits and false hopes about the benefits they will enjoy if got converted. Next step is taking them to their prayer centres and change their names along with baptising.

E.P.Colony and Kakkadu Colony are their prime targets. Special faith healers are also on duty to save the diseased by the blessings of their one and only saviour. Those got converted earlier understood the fraud now, as they are not getting those special consideration, care and concern which were showered on them at time of conversion.
