Congress failed in implementing social justice: Vellappally

NEW DELHI : SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Nadeshan today stated that the congress party has failed in implementing social justice in the state. Talking to reporters after meeting Sonia Gandhi here, Vellappally stated that the Kerala unit of congress party is now in the hands of Oommen Chandy. Ramesh Chennithala is just a puppet of Chandy, he alleged.
Sonia had assured to implement 27 percent reservation for backward communities, Vellappally said. He also expressed his dissatisfaction over the functioning of the ruling LDF government in Kerala.
