Keep Politicians away from Devaswom Boards- Paripoornan Commission
Kochi: Echoing the long-lasting demands of Hindus, Justice Paripoornan Commission submitted it’s report today.
Justice Paripoornan Commission points out that the only way to make the Devaswom Board corruption free is to keep away politics and politicians away from it.
Commission also pointed out the Corruption of earlier Devaswom Board and Top officials. For recruitment of staff there should be a High Power Recruitment Board. Earlier the Government has ordered recruitment through PSC, Which raised heavy criticism from Devotees.
A Charterd Account should be there to audit the accounts in Sabarimala. The Temple priest should have proper knowledge in Sanskrit and have Minimum SSLC as educational qualification.
The Rates of offering in Sabarimala is devised to exploit poor devotees, It should be reconsidered. The Commission was appointed by HighCourt based on the Petition filed by Ambalapuzha Radhakrishnan.
