AOL’s Advanced Meditation course concluded in Poojapura Central Jail
Thiruvananthapuram: Advanced Meditation Course for the jail inmates conducted by Art of Living at Pujapura Central Jail concluded here.The course was conducted as a extension of Prison Smart Course.

The Meditation course was very much helpful in keeping the mind happy and away from unwanted thoughts, told the Prisoners who participated in the programme.

41 prisoners attended the course lead by Advanced Course teacher Shri Balakrishnan. Jail officers Shri Asokan and Welfare Officer Chandrababu took part in the concluding function.
