CPM MLA cornered for naming Caliph Umar!
Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala assembly witnessed the slavery of Hindu MLA’s to Islam when they joined with Muslim league MLA’s , seeking apology from a CPM MLA for mentioning the name of a Caliph Umar !
When the Opposition lead by Congress and Muslim League protested against the remark of Babu Pallissery a CPM MLA , interestingly none of their fellow comrades came to rescue him fearing the wrath of their favourite religion!
Incidentally what Babu Pallissery quoted from History is a worth reminder to the Communist Historians itself who compete to distort Indian Islamic violent History as part of Freedom struggle.
Following is the incident quoted by Babu Pallisery from the Notorious past
“In 642 after the Byzantine army was defeated at the Battle of Heliopolis, and that the commander asked the caliph Umar what to do with the library. He gave the famous answer:
“They will either contradict the Koran, in which case they are heresy, or they will agree with it, so they are superfluous.”
The Arabs subsequently burned the books to heat bathwater for the soldiers “
These Hindu name bearing MLA’s of Congress who now protest against this Historical atrocities commited by Caliph Umar’s were keeping mum when a CPM Minister commented that Temples in India promotes pornography.
