via HK published on November 2, 2008

Angadippuram: It was a strong warning against the alternative governments who always meddled with temples of Hindus.Thousands of devotees took part in the pledge by lighting the ‘Raksha Jwala’ in which they vowed no more Temples in Kerala will be allowed to be taken over by Government. By any cost such attempts will be dealt with warned the organisers.

A new chapter in Temple liberation from evil clutches is started here at AngadippuramTaliSivaTemple. The Raksha Jwala lighted by Adwaitha Ashram Madathipathi Swami Chidanandapuri was passed on to thousands who assembled there to protect their dearest temples from the axe of Marxist Government.

The Temple protection movement was organised by Hindu organisations and Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi’s across the state. The function started by the divine blessings of all powerful Thirumandamkunnilamma , in which the temple trustee Vallabaraja lighted the Bhadradeepam.

Swami Chidanandapuri inaugurated the protest meet in which Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi state president Kadamban Namboodiripad presided the function. Earlier Hindus struggled in the very same soil of TaliTemple premises for the right to worship and after decades keeping the same diety as witness Hindus kindled the flame to protect the temples, told Kadamban Namboodiripad.

Shri T. Krishnan recited the pledge which reverberated the ambience by thousand fold. What we heard in Angadippuram was not the so long suppressed Hindu Voice, but the Voice of staunch Hindus who are ready to protect the temples by any cost.

Laws and Secular ethos in the country is interpreted against Hindus every now and then, government never came forward to take any temple which is in a dilapidated condition but they were interested only in those cash rich temples. All the temples which now Government is taking over or given notice to take over are the ones prospered under devotee’s able management and no government has any right to pluck the fruits made by the devotion of Hindu soceity, Told Swami Chidanandapuri.

What the state witness today is only a small flame of Hindu passion and devotion and it is now upto the government whether to convert this small flame into a big fire which will engulf the whole establishment, warned Smt. K.P Sasikala teacher of Hindu Aikya Vedi. From the actions of Marxist Government and the Devaswom Minister it is now crystal clear that their sole aim is temple looting and then the destruction. The Government issue notices to take over temples as if it is as simple as taking over a Matchbox company added Sasikala Teacher

Thousands took part in the protest dharna which shook the town to the core. As a continuation of the same Sarva Aiswarya pooja is organised in which thousands of Mothers across the state will take part and a public function is organised in pooram ground.
