BMS activist stabbed to death in Thrissur

THRISSUR: A BMS activist was stabbed to death by CPI(M)-NDF criminals at Kodungaloor. The dead has been identified as Vijith, native of Vadanapally. Though he was taken to the hospital by some Sabarimala devotees last night, his life could not be saved and breathed his last this morning.
BJP is observing a dawn to dusk hartal in Vadanappally and Kodungaloor areas in protest against the murder. A large contingent of police has been deployed in the area to avoid any untoward incidents.
