bail plea dismissed

KOCHI: The Ernakulam Chief Judicial
Magistrate Court yesterday dismissed the bail plea of
Sister Sephy, third accused in the Sister Abhaya murder
case.
Sephy filed the plea stating that the virginity test
was conducted without her consent.
Dismissing her plea, the court said that there was
enough proof to show that the test was conducted with
her consent.
