asked Cantonment Police Station to register case against Kerala Health Minister and CPM leader P K Sreemathi, in connection with sensational Killiroor Sex scandal resulted in the death of a young girl –

Court also directed case against 5 more which includes two sons of two Kerala Ministers, CPM leader and
private secretary to Achuthanandan S. Rajendran, CPM leader and political secretary to Achuthanandan K.N. Balagopal
and Latha an accussed in the case.

 

The petition seeking action against these big guns were filed by

N. Nagaraj

a resident of Thiruvananthapuram. The case was filed in wake of IAS officer Sureshkumar’s revealation that Chief Minister’s office had thwarted the Killiroor Sex Scandal case.

who died in mysterious circumstances in a private hospital in Kottayam in 2004.
Ironically Achuthanandan sensationalized this case when he was in opposition and vowed the public that he will book all who were behind this, no matter how powerful they are. And now Chief Minister’s office itself is accused of sabotaging this case!

 

Going by today’s act by Achuthanandan of accusing IAS officer Sureshkumar, his close aide as untrustworthy one should suspect the black hands of Chief Minister itself in sabotaging this case. It may be first time in our Nation’s history a court directing action against a Woman Minister and that honour goes to P.K.Sreemathi! In the wake of the
revelations by Suresh Kumar, reports had come out that the Kiliroor
case would soon be reopened and the controversy over the role of a
‘VIP’ would again be discussed in the public and courts. Chief Minister
VS Achuthanandan, who was Opposition leader when Sari was hospitalised
in critical condition following the sexual persecution, had then stated
that the visit by a ‘VIP’ to the hospital had caused serious
restlessness to the girl.

There were allegations that the ‘VIP’
was Sreemathi and the theory was that she had visited the girl because
her son had been allegedly involved in the scandal. However, after
becoming Chief Minister, and as part of a cease-fire between the two
opposing groups in the CPI(M), Achuthanandan had recanted, saying there
