CBI re-enacts Abhaya’s murder

KOTTAYAM: The CBI today re-enacted the murder
of Sister Abhaya at Pius X convent in the district. The accused in the
case were present in the convent.

Sister Sephy hitting Abhaya on her head and the first and second accused
dragging the body of Abhaya and finally dropping it into the well was
enacted by the CBI.

The CBI inspected from where Adakka Raju and Sanju– witnesses in the
case saw the incident. The CBI had asked the three accused and ten nuns,
inmates of the convent at the time of the incident, to be present at
the Rest House. Witnesses had also identified the accused.

This is the second time a dummy test was conducted in the state. NIA
chief Radha Vinod Raju had earlier conducted a dummy test in Polakkulam
case.
