Kerala Home Minister – Father of a Fugitive!

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Home Minister’s son is a fugitive, according to Kerala Home Ministry. Arrest warrant has been issued by court against Home Minister Kodiyeri’s son Binish Kodiyeri but Police couldn’t arrest him and according to authorities there is nothing to confiscate under his name because his address known to them is in MLA Hostel!

Advocate Neyattinkara Nagaraj had submitted a petition demanding the arrest of Binish Kodiyeri who is evading the arrest by challenging the law of land. Binish Kodiyeri an accussed in a assault case has never bothered even to apply bail even after repeated warnings of court.

Police Department is making fool of themselves by blindly taking the dictates of Home Minister who is shamelessly safeguarding his son for all his ill doings. Now Home Ministry is pushing to dissolve all the cases in which Binish Kodiyeri is an accused just for one reason- That he is the son of Home Minister!

As it is made clear that Kerala Police is not ready to obey the directions of the honourable court, Advocate Nagaraj appealed to issue warrant through Indian Embassy and arrest the spoiled brat from Dubai where he is residing now. It is of every one’s knowledge that when ever Binish lands in Kerala, Very same Police who told that he is absconding is giving him security cover.
