An appeal to save the life of Pujya Swami Pavithrananda

Sanyasins are the torch bearers of the knowledge of Hindu religion.. Time and again we had avatars of Sanyasins like Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and Swami Vivekananda etc, to spread the knowlege and save this religion. There are thousands of sanyasins who spends their whole life in learning the scriptures and spreading the knowledge to masses. . Dedicating one’s life for this cause in the current era of selfishness is very rare and we are proud that Hindu religion has many such sanyasins guiding us even now.

Swami Pavithrananda is one such sanyasin who took Deeksha at very small age itself and dedicated whole life in spreading the knowledge and serving the poor. He is the head of Pavithrananda ashramam in Oduvil, Thaliparamba, Kannur district.  During his selfless service to Hinduism, he was attacked many times by Marxist hooligans and his ashram was destroyed multiple times. Many valuable “Thaliyola scriptures” were destroyed by those hooligans by burning them, thinking that he could be stopped by such attacks.  But he never stepped back.

Such tireless effort by Swami Pavithrananda had made many positive changes in the Thaliparamba area in Hindu spiritual dimension.  But this tireless effort along with multiple attack on him, has also taken a toll on Swami’s health. Now he is in a critical stage of life where both his Kidney’s are dysfunctional and is admitted to BGS hospital in Kengeri near Bangalore for regular dialysis. Sabarimala Ayyappa Samajam is taking care of the expenses of his treatment with the only aim of bringing swamiji back to normal life and enabling him with his yeomen service to Hindu society again.

At this juncture, we request all of you to contribute selflessly to save this Sanyasi to enable him to serve us back again. It would be the best gift we can give back to our society during 150th birth anniversary celebration of Swami Vivekananda the great monk of Hindu religion.

May I request your good self for your extensive kind help at this juncture either in the form of Cash, blood or kidney to save the lives of these two saints who have donated their entire life for the poor mankind for the past 21 years.
